What is a secondary SIM?

A secondary SIM is an optional add-on for your main mobile subscription. Activate it whenever you want from your customer area for flexibility and comfort when using your smart devices (smartwatch, tablet, 2nd smartphone, etc.).

With the secondary SIM option, share your main subscription with up to four additional devices. You can then use them independently on your mobile operator’s network.

About your secondary SIM

One price
For CHF 5 per month/device, take full advantage of your smart device’s flexibility with the secondary SIM option.
This supplementary charge is added to the bill of your main subscription.

Your subscription
The secondary SIM option is available with an unlimited subscription.

Your customer area
The secondary SIM option can be activated from your customer area. You can activate up to four devices on the same subscription.

Your devices
The secondary SIM is compatible with most devices that support a SIM card or an eSIM, excluding smartwatches.

User settings
The settings configured for your primary subscription are also applied to your secondary equipment, with the exception of enabling/disabling roaming, as roaming is not available with the secondary SIM option.

Your data and minutes
With the secondary SIM, the data and minutes included in your main subscription are shared across all secondary devices.

Your number
When using your secondary SIM option on a device that supports making and receiving calls, your main number is used.

No. The secondary SIM option is intended for the personal use of the primary subscriber.

All devices can be reached on the same phone number. If a third party has access to your additional device, they can use your services and access your customer area/cockpit. The settings of your various multimedia services can therefore be modified.

The secondary SIM option is invoiced as soon as it is activated.

The activation or cancellation of a secondary SIM option will be billed based on a full monthly cycle.

It is possible to cancel a secondary SIM option by contacting your local partner.
